Since 1994, Richard Dennis has focused on expanding Property Tax Solutions, Inc., and enlarging the scope of property tax issues handled.

In 1995, Property Tax Solutions initiated an alliance with Commercial Assessment Consultants, Inc. to broaden their representation of clients with Special Use properties. With a steadily growing client list, this alliance continues to successfully develop new avenues towards fairer tax reassessment.
