Since 1985, Mr. Dennis has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of California (currently on inactive status) and he was Senior Tax Consultant at Ernst & Whinney (now Ernst & Young) from 1984 -1987.

A current and longtime licensed California Real Estate Broker, Mr. Dennis has been involved with a number of development projects with Jaz Properties, Joshua Condominiums, Fifth Street Development and others between 1988-1994. He continues as an expert consultant to CPA firms, Developers and Business/Property Managers on Development/Cost/Entitlement considerations.
